 Cutting - We have an automatic feed W.F. Wells w-9 saw for bundle cutting any item to size from 6" - 60'. Cuts can be straight or mitre. With a capacity of rectangular 9”h x 18” wide, round 9” and the 1” bi-metal high production blade, we can hold tight tolerances of +/- 1/32”. Our custom designed automatic feed tables help us to move the steel quickly into place allowing us to cut quickly and accurately. We also have a hyde-mech band saw and several cut off saws to help us with all your cutting needs. In addition, we have two shears for cutting specific pieces of any item from 1" - 20'.

 Punching - With our magnetic drills and our hydraulic punch we can provide you with one hole or multiple holes depending on your requirements.

 Welding - Our fabrication shop can provide you with light welding based on your drawings or our engineering department can provide take-offs from your blueprints.

 Rebar Fabrication - Our rebar fabrication shops are full service facilities. Working with Fascut Fr-800-c rebar bender/cutters, several sheers, a spiral machine and various saw, we can fabricate to your specifications and take-offs or provide take-offs from your blueprints. We cut to size and bend into any shape. We can process #3 rebar up to #10 rebar. We offer full traceability and Department of Transportation compliance for most states. Send us your specifications or allow our engineering department to do take-offs from your blueprints. While there are no limitations on job size, our turnaround on 100 ton jobs or less is very quick.

 Shearing - Our hydraulic sheer can handle sheets from 14 gauge up to 1" plate. We can provide you with multiple cuts of one size or many different cuts from the same sheet or plate.

|
 Flame Cutting - We can provide you with base plates or just about any shape. If it can be drawn we can flame-cut it. We can handle plate from 3/8" up to 2" thick.
